Manga, Alexa and Kindle lead e-commerce searches; see ranking

Amazon Prime Day, Amazon's annual promotion, which took place between July 16 and 21, drove Internet searches, but anyone who thinks that the most sought-after item was any of the brand's products is mistaken.
