• Request data portability, through a registration report containing the data Simplex processes about you.

• Delete your data processed based on your consent, except in cases provided by law.

• Revoke your consent, disallowing the processing of your data.

• Be informed about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal.

5. How and for how long will your data be stored?

Your personal data collected by Simplex will be used and stored for the duration necessary to provide the service or achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, considering the rights of the data subjects and controllers.

In general, your data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship between you and Simplex persists. Once the storage period ends, your data will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except for cases legally permitted under Article 16 of the LGPD, namely:

II – study by a research entity, ensuring anonymization whenever possible;

As mentioned in Section 6, although we adopt high security standards to prevent incidents, no digital platform is entirely risk-free. Therefore, Simplex is not responsible for:

I – Any consequences arising from negligence, carelessness, or inexperience by users concerning their personal data. We guarantee and are responsible only for the data processing procedures and the purposes described in this document.

Note that the user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

II – Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, unless proven that Simplex acted with intent or fault.

If a security incident poses relevant risk or harm to you or any of our users/clients, we will inform the affected parties and the National Data Protection Authority, taking the necessary actions.

III – The inaccuracy of information provided by the user/client in the registration process required to use Simplex services. Any consequences resulting from false or bad-faith information are the sole responsibility of the user/client.
